The Hadar Institute creates empowered Jewish learning to foster vibrant, practicing communities of Torah, Avodah, and Hesed. We are looking for an Associate Director for School Engagement. This position can either be remote or work out of one of Hadar’s regional offices.

The Hadar Institute is committed to deepening the educational experience for day school students, educators, leaders and families. We do that through several initiatives. Hadar’s Pedagogy of Partnership (PoP) provides cutting-edge professional development and programming to Jewish day schools across the country. Maimonides Moot Court Competition (MMCC) and Devash provide engaging content and programming to young people. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to join our growing team and support this work.

This position will serve as the primary point of contact for schools interested in engaging with Hadar through any number of opportunities. This role focuses on leading recruitment for programs, stewarding relationships with day schools, and serving as a key ambassador for our work in the field.
