Position Summary
The Senior Institutional Advancement Officer will play a critical role in advancing Hadar’s mission by developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in securing major gifts, cultivating donor relationships, and managing high-impact fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the Hadar Board. This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our New York headquarters. The Senior Institutional Advancement Officer will sit on the Development Team and report into the VP of Institutional Advancement and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy aligned with Hadar’s mission and goals.
Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals.
Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Coordinate special projects and donor cultivation assignments
Donor Relations and Stewardship:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
