The Director, Institutional Partnerships and Strategy serves as the Federation’s strategic lead for institutional relationships across the Bay Area Jewish ecosystem. This role strengthens and centralizes engagement with Jewish communal organizations, enhances sector-wide financial sustainability, and positions the Federation as a trusted long-term strategic and financial partner. Reporting to the Chief Impact and Strategy Officer, this role develops and executes growth strategies for institutional assets under management and designs new services that expand the Federation’s value to agency partners. This role collaborates cross-functionally to advance mission-aligned financing solutions, deepen partner capacity, and enhance the Federation’s role as a community investment and philanthropic innovation hub.
