Imagined as an open letter to the dance ecologies of the Bay Area, choreographers and performance artists present a series of performances in response to Casel’s yearlong community engagement residency. The cohort interrogated the dynamics of equity in performance, specifically how the structures and systems of dance presentation are affected by race.
