Hyphen Fest: Celebrating Asian & Jewish Heritage Through Food, Art and Stories The event will be held in the historic Free Synagogue of Flushing, where an exhibition of sequential art (comics) on Asian Jewish stories will be shown, taken from the graphic novel anthology "Hyphen: Jewish Stories In Our Own Words." The event will include traditional Chinese lion dancers and a panel discussion on Asian Jewish identity featuring Souks Soukhaseum and Eddna Samuel, whose stories will be part of the exhibition.
